- Is my donation tax-deductible?
- No. CounPass is operated by AIPAMED LLC, which is not a registered 501(c)(3). Donations are treated as a personal gift to support the platform.
- Can I cancel a monthly donation?
- Yes, any time. After your first donation you'll receive an email receipt with a manage link, or just email contact@aipamed.com and we'll cancel immediately.
- Do I get anything in return?
- Just our gratitude. Donations are separate from any paid subscription — supporters don't get extra features, and subscribers don't lose anything by donating.
- Is payment secure?
- Payment is processed by Stripe. CounPass never sees or stores your card details.
