Last updated: 16 June 2026. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of counpass.com (the Site), operated by AIPAMED LLC (CounPass, we, us, or our). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

CounPass provides practice questions and study materials for counseling licensure examinations, including the NCE, CPCE, and NCMHCE. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial study purposes.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content; share your account with others or allow others to use it; use automated tools to access or extract content; attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site's security; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

No guarantee of exam results

CounPass is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Site will result in passing any exam or obtaining any license or certification. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our practice questions are designed to reflect exam content areas but are not actual exam questions and are not drawn from any official exam.

Not professional or clinical advice

Content on the Site is for educational and exam-preparation purposes only. It is not professional, clinical, legal, or medical advice, and it does not establish any professional relationship. Always rely on official exam materials, your training program, and licensing authorities for definitive guidance.

Not affiliated with exam administrators

CounPass is an independent resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), CACREP, or any state licensing board. NCE, CPCE, and NCMHCE are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced only to describe the exams our content prepares you for.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including questions, explanations, text, design, and logos, is owned by AIPAMED LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for personal study only.

Third-party links and advertising

The Site displays advertising through Google AdSense and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and them.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
